PROJECT MANAGER POSITION
POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion. You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and will assist the Manager in multiple facets of each project.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting

Develop and administer job contracts

Establish, update and communicate project schedule and manage its implementation

Manage and oversee field operation, engineering and safety processes and procedures

Work with Accounting to initiate customer invoicing and follow up to ensure payment is received in a timely manner

Keep necessary parties informed on progress of project and budget through scheduled status and project meetings

Manage all closeout procedures

Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvements
PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
-
5-10 years field experience as an Electrician
-
2 years successful electrical PM experience

Prior experience in electrical estimating

Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, AUTO CAD drawings, specification, scopes of work and project schedule

AUTO CAD experience a plus
